Six weeks isn't long enough to build the full product, no. It's exactly long enough to build the version that proves whether to keep going. Most of the features you think you need are post-PMF features. We'll show you which on the call.

What if we need a feature you cut?

We document everything we cut in a written 'not in v1' list with your sign-off. If the market signal tells you a cut feature was actually necessary, we add it in a small change order — usually 1–2 weeks of work each.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Every line is in your repo, on your accounts. No internal frameworks, no license keys. You can take it in-house the week after launch.

What if the MVP flops?

Then you found out for £12k instead of £120k. That's the point. We'll still help you understand why — usually it's positioning, audience, or pricing, not the build.

Will you do mobile in an MVP?

We can — see MVP + Mobile. For most B2B and consumer-web ideas, web-only MVP is the faster, smarter learning. Mobile-from-day-one is right when your hypothesis depends on a mobile-native interaction.

What if we're already building and we're stuck?

We sometimes inherit half-built MVPs and finish them. That's a separate scoping conversation — we look at the codebase, give you an honest assessment of whether to finish or restart, and quote accordingly.
